McDonald's, a global leader in the fast-food industry, encountered a significant challenge. Despite its widespread recognition and popularity, the company faced stiff competition from rival restaurants heavily investing in advertising and app-based customer engagement. McDonald's main challenge was to elevate app sales and customer interactions while maintaining campaign efficiency. To address this, RTB House was engaged by Arcos Dorados, a prominent regional franchiser, to help McDonald's tackle these issues across multiple Latin American countries. The task demanded a comprehensive understanding of a diverse audience and the ability to reach them at optimal times with enticing offers.
